About Us 

The Leadership and Organization Development (LOD) team is a unit of the Division of Talent & Culture and is committed to providing WVU people leaders and staff with the tools and resources they need to become more strategic in their roles at the university.

We offer a variety of non-academic courses, varying from our New Leader Development series to Change Management classes. Our goal is to focus on strategically aligning training and organizational development efforts with the university culture and meeting the current needs for our leaders and staff.
